RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At Haze of Saint, every piece is crafted with care and intention. We stand behind our work and want you to love what you receive. If something isn't right, we're here to make it so.
RETURN WINDOW
Items may be returned within 14 days of delivery.
ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS
Items may be returned within 14 days of delivery, provided they meet the following conditions:
- Item is unused, unworn, and in its original condition
- All original tags and packaging are intact
- Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is included
- Item is not marked as Final Sale or listed as non-returnable
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
The following cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Items marked as Final Sale
- Intimate apparel and swimwear (for hygiene reasons)
- Personalized or custom-made orders
- Gift cards and digital products
- Items showing signs of wear, washing, or damage caused by the customer
HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN
To begin a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact us at returns@hazeofsaint.com within 14 days of receiving your order
- Include your order number, item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for return
- Our team will respond within 2 business days with return instructions
- Pack the item securely and ship it to the address provided
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or an error was made on our part.
REFUNDS
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved:
- Refund will be issued to your original payment method
- Processing time is 5–10 business days depending on your bank or card issuer
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable
You will receive an email confirmation when your refund has been processed.
EXCHANGES
We offer exchanges for different sizes or colors, subject to availability. To request an exchange, contact us at returns@hazeofsaint.com. If the desired item is out of stock, a refund will be issued instead.
DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a clear photo of the issue. We will arrange a prepaid return label and send a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
International customers are responsible for all return shipping costs and any applicable customs or duties. We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot be held responsible for lost return packages.
