PROCESSING TIME
All orders are processed within 2 business days of purchase confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next business day. You will receive an email notification once your order has been dispatched.
SHIPPING TIME
Once dispatched, orders are delivered within 7 business days. Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and circumstances beyond our control.

From the moment you place your order, you can expect:

- Shipping: up to 7 business days
- Total estimated time: up to 9 business days
SHIPPING RATES
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and selected shipping method. Any applicable taxes or import duties are the responsibility of the customer.
ORDER TRACKING
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can use this to monitor your delivery in real time through the carrier's website.
DELAYS
Haze of Saint is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs clearance, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control. If your order is significantly delayed, please contact us and we will do our best to assist you.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We ship internationally. International customers are responsible for all customs duties, import taxes, and any additional fees imposed by their country. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost at checkout.
LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date at shipping@hazeofsaint.com with your order number and, where applicable, photos of the damage. We will investigate and work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
INCORRECT ADDRESS
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at the time of purchase. Haze of Saint is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error in your address after placing an order, contact us immediately at shipping@hazeofsaint.com and we will do our best to make the correction before dispatch.
